Exchanges are a project, lasting 5 to 21 days, joining national youth groups of two or more countries, from 13 to 30 years old. 16 to 60 young people can participate. To participate in an exchange is a unique opportunity to live an unforgettable experience learning different subjects.

In international exchanges, the discovery of the country and the culture of each of the participants is always a way to learn the richness of intercultural and it is where all reinforce their personal and/ or professional skills. A Youth International Exchange is based on a transnational partnership between two or more promoters from different countries. The Youth Exchanges allow the sharing of experiences and know-hows aiming at non-formal learning, the acquisition of transversal skills for personal development and it can be an important tool for integration into the labour market.
